The "Executive" Detail

Our standard fare full detail package

 

The Executive Detail is the first in our line of full detail packages and usually takes 5-6 hours to complete. On the interior, the car is cleaned from the carpets to the headliner and everywhere in between. On the exterior, the vehicle is hand washed and the wheels, tires and wheel wells are cleaned and dressed.  The vehicle is then machine polished and waxed with a carnauba cleaner wax removing minor defects and leaving behind up to 6 months of protection. This package is going to get the interior of your vehicle back looking the way it should and is going to rejuvenate the exterior of your vehicle.  Add an engine detail for $25 and this is a great package for those trying to sell a vehicle.  Add a paint decontamination wash for $25 to remove surface contaminants and rust deposits leaving your paint feeling smooth and looking even glossier.

 

*Please keep in mind that these are the prices that we charge for MOST cars.  Vehicles that have pet hair, are exceptionally dirty or that are more in need of a restoration than a detail (generally older vehicles) we do charge extra for.*

 

Included in this package

 

  • Wheels, tires and wheel wells deep cleaned.
  • Air purge of all carpets and seats to remove loose dirt and debris from upholstery.
  • Vehicle is hand washed and then toweled dry.
  • Shampoo of the carpets, upholstery and headliner to clean and remove stains.
  • Doors/jambs, consoles, cup holders, and interior plastics detailed.
  • Floor mats cleaned (and conditioned if rubber/plastic).
  • Vehicle vacuumed and windows polished
  • Tires, wheel wells and exterior trim dressed and conditioned.
  • Painted surfaces are machine polished and waxed with a carnauba wax to polish out minor defects and leave behind a nice layer of carnauba protection.

 

*If you are price shopping interior/exterior details make sure to ask if other shops are going to machine polish and wax your vehicle.  We have found that a lot of detail shops in the area do not include a machine polish and wax in their full detail packages.  It is a step that takes a lot of time and makes a big difference.*

The "Signature" Detail

FOR SERIOUS GLOSS AND PROTECTION

The Signature Detail is our version of what a detail should be and typically takes us a full day to complete.  This package is for those who truly care about their vehicles and want to keep them protected for many months to come.

This package includes all of the features of the Executive detail package with a few additions.  To summarize: it includes a better wash, a clay bar treatment, a deeper polish and better interior/exterior protections.

 

Exterior

On the outside, the vehicle gets a decontamination wash with a product that removes materials embedded in the clear coat such as small rust spots and embedded brake particles.  After the wash, the outside of the car is clay barred to smooth out the surface and remove any leftover contaminants.  A dedicated one-stage polish is then performed to remove 60-80% of swirl marks and defects in the vehicles paint.  Exhaust tips are polished and all exterior trim is dressed in our longest lasting trim treatment.

 

*Please note that how well your vehicle polishes out depends on the condition you bring it to us in.  Vehicles with unlimited car wash passes or with deep scratches from off-roading generally don’t polish out as well as vehicles that have been better taken care of.*

 

Interior

On the inside, all leather is cleaned and conditioned with a ph balanced leather cleanser and conditioner and all interior surfaces are cleaned and conditioned with a UV protecting interior product.  Extra time is spent to make sure no surface is left untouched.

 

Sealant

After the polishing step we then apply a layer of our favorite ceramic paint sealant.
The sealant is allowed to cure for one hour before being buffed off, leaving behind a layer of serious gloss and protection.
Water will bead off of the car for up to the next year depending on how the vehicle is cared for and will make the vehicle much easier to keep clean and maintain.

We’re not selling snake oil here, this is truly a great detail package that will leave your vehicle protected inside and out.

 

*For those looking for more protection, our 1 year ceramic coating can be stacked on top for this sealant for an added $50.  If you are looking for an even deeper one-step polish to remove 80+% of defects let us know and we can usually work something out.*

The "Showroom" Detail - Call For Pricing

A Signature detail with Paint Correction

The Showroom detail package is our top of the line detail package and is for those looking to restore the exterior of their vehicle to like-new condition.
This process usually takes 1-2 days to complete. Please call for more pricing.

 

PAINT correction

In addition to all of the aspects of our Signature detail we are going to perform an additional compounding step on the exterior of the vehicle to remove 95-99% of all swirl marks and as many paint defects as we are able.
This is a long process that takes time and skill. The compounding step is then finished with a fine polish to restore gloss and clarity to the paint finish leaving the vehicle with an incredible shine.

 

Sealant or Ceramic coating

We then follow up the paint correction with a layer of our favorite ceramic paint sealant (allowing it to cure for one hour) to lock in the new finish with an incredible layer of gloss and protection.

The ceramic paint sealant can also be substituted for a ceramic coating that can last anywhere from 3-5 years for an additional fee. We also perform the showroom detail as an exterior-only package.

The Interior Detail Package

The Interior Detail Package is a full interior detail and typically takes anywhere from 3 to 5 hours to complete depending on the vehicle. The entire interior of the vehicle is deep cleaned and all fabrics are shampooed from the carpets to headliner and everywhere in between.

The process includes

 

  • Blowout of all carpet/seat fibers to remove embedded dirt and debris
  • Shampoo of all carpets, floor mats, and fabric seats
  • Leather seats deep cleaned with a PH balanced solution
  • Doors, dash, consoles, vents, nooks, crannies and crevices detailed
  • Headliner spot cleaned and door jambs wiped down
  • Streak free window clean
  • Final blow out, inspection and vacuum

The "Executive" Exterior Detail

Our basic full exterior detail

The Executive exterior detail typically takes anywhere from 3-4 hours to complete depending on the vehicle. The process begins with a special foam bath to loosen up surface contaminants, bugs, and tar on the vehicles surface. As the presoak process takes place the wheels, wheel wells and tires are cleaned. The vehicle is then hand washed, rinsed, the crevices blown out and toweled dry. The tires, wheel wells and all exterior trim are dressed and darkened. The vehicle is then machine polished and waxed with a carnauba cleaner wax removing about 40% of surface scratches, restoring clarity and leave behind a layer of carnauba wax protection.  Add a clay bar treatment to the Executive exterior detail for an additional $25

Its going to offer a deeper polish and more protection than the basic Exterior Detail

The Signature exterior detail typically takes around 4-5 hours to complete.  This detail package includes all of the aspects of the “Executive” exterior detail package and then some. During the wash process, we use a special decontamination product to remove imbedded rust and surface contaminants and the vehicle is clay barred to remove any remaining surface contaminants leaving the paint silky smooth.  We then perform a dedicated one-stage polish to remove about 60-80% of swirl marks, defects and light scratches, restoring gloss and greatly improving the look of the exterior. This dedicated polishing step is then followed up with an application of our favorite ceramic paint sealant which is allowed to cure for one hour on the vehicle before being buffed off. This creates a serious layer of protection and gloss that will last up to a year depending on how the vehicle is maintained. Exhaust tips are polished and all trim is treated and darkened with our longest lasting trim shine.  For those looking for even more, our 1 year ceramic coating can be stacked on top for this sealant for an added $50.  Also, if you are looking for an even deeper one-step polish to remove 80+% of defects let us know and we can usually work something out.

The "Showroom Exterior" Detail - Call for Prices

The Showroom Exterior Detail Package is our finest detail package and is for those looking for a truly exceptional finish for the exterior of their vehicle. This package typically takes 1-2 days to complete. Over time and in large part a cause of drive-through car washes and improper car washing techniques, a vehicles finish can become dull and the clear coat can become swirled with paint defects. The Showroom Detail Package is designed to safely remove these defects from your vehicles surface and to restore your vehicles finish as closely as possible (and oftentimes even better than) to the day you purchased it. After washing and clay barring the vehicle, license plates are removed, critical areas are taped off, and all non swirl-related scratches are lightly sanded down in hopes of removal during the compounding process. The vehicle is then compounded with a heavy cutting compound to remove 95-100% of swirl marks and as many scratches as we are able. Following the compounding process, the vehicles exterior is polished with a fine polish to restore clarity and gloss to the finish. Lastly, our favorite ceramic sealant is applied and allowed to cure for 1 hour before removal, enhancing gloss and protecting the vehicle for up to a year after application.  You may also substitute a ceramic coating in place of our sealant for an additional fee.

New Car Preservation

 

If you have just purchased a new car and would like to keep it that way, our New Car Preservation Package is the best way to do so. This package includes a thorough hand wash, clay bar and one step polish with our favorite polish to ensure removal of any paint defects that may have been caused in transit or at the dealership. Once the surface is properly prepped, a layer of one of our favorite ceramic coatings is applied and allowed to cure before being removed leaving behind incredible gloss and 3-5 years of protection.

 

Ceramic Coatings

 

Ceramic coatings come in a variety of levels, feel free to give us a call for an explanation and for pricing.

GTechniq - Crystal Serum Light

This is our 3 year Ceramic Coating.  It is actually a 5 year Coating but we advertise it as a 3 year coating here in Utah.  Will proper maintenance this coating will last 3 or more years on your vehicle.  Most of the coating process lies in the prep work, please keep that in mind when getting quotes.

The process includes

  • A very thorough hand wash of the vehicle.
  • The paint is decontaminated and clay barred to ensure the cleanest possible surface before polishing and coating.
  • We then perform the best one-step polish that we can on the vehicle.  This process usually takes 6-8 hours and is included in the price.  It will remove the majority of defects in the paint prior to coating (note this is not a full 100% paint correction).
  • The vehicle is then wiped down with isopropyl alcohol and the coating is applied to each panel, allowed the proper amount of time to set up and the excess is removed.  The coating is then allowed to cure overnight before customer pick up.  The whole process on average takes us 10-12 hours.

The process includes

  • The process for Crystal Serum Black is the same as for Crystal Serum Light but Crystal Serum Black it is a two part coating process as opposed to the one part process of Crystal Serum Light.  After the initial/base coating is applied it is allowed to cure before the second/top coating is applied.  Both coatings are then allowed to cure overnight before customer pick up.

High End
Hand Wash

Our “High End Hand Wash” generally takes about an hour to complete.  Feel free to hang out in our reception area while you wait.  The service includes a very thorough hand wash of your vehicle and a deep clean of your wheels, tires and wheel wells (without scratching your car like the drive-through car wash).  All of the crevices are blown out with compressed air and the vehicle is toweled dry.  We then apply our favorite 3 month paint sealant to add gloss and protection to your vehicles exterior. This is hands down the best hand wash in town!
